Hello I am trying to send an email on the contact us and it keeps saying the code is incorrect, grr. My phone keeps telling me that the calendar storage has stopped and it will not save an event to the calendar. can anyone help with this.
Hello, I am having the same problem of trying to send an email on the
contact us, and it keeps saying the code I type in is incorrect. I have
tried at least a dozen times. I am totally frustrated with Samsung’s
lack
of help. I even opened up the site again on my browser and tried all
over again and still get the same message “Your entered code is
incorrect.” WHAT GIVES?????
Oh, and though phone support, they seem to be scared of the on-line postings. My issues is that once they fixed my email connection yesterday, I am getting a lot of spam, but I do not have a spam option to send them to. Any ideas?
Does any one know of a way to have the emails you have read on your computer sync with the ones that appear on your Samsung S5??? All that I have read on line continue to show up on the phone as unread. Never had this problem with the Samsung Galaxy S4. Just tapped a small arrow circle at the bottom of the list of emails and it would update the phone list of emails that had been read on my computer.
I have a Samsung s5 and I can’t send or receive text messages. When someone sends me a text it says “unable to receive message – Message Blocking is active” and it shows that he has 1 text message and we can’t find it to delete. Any help?
I have an S5 and I set up the finger scanner which I have more issues with than it’s worth. I must have written down the backup password wrong because the phone won’t accept it. Can’t do a factory reset because it wants the backup password.
I realise it’s all a protection for if the phone is stolen but does anyone know how to get around it.
I tried to send a message to Samsung but keep getting an error

same here. Code numbers, at list 10 of them , none is working.
Same problem here. I’m not blind or dyslexic, so to me it seems as if they do not want to help loyal customers on a weekend night

Screw it, I give up…I’ll just blow up their phone lines Monday with several phone calls if I don’t get any cooperation
